Coronavirus (COVID 19) Update: Our Commitment to You and Your Employees
Good evening,
As we are all carefully watching the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, the health and well-being of our staff, our clients, and their employees is of utmost importance to us.
As a critical partner to your business, we also understand that limiting any impact this health event could have on our service to our clients is imperative. We have designed our processes to ensure business continuity in the event of disasters and pandemics. As such, we are actively leveraging this design to ensure the safety of our teams and the continuity of our operations.
Social distancing is our best method of slowing down the spread of the Coronavirus. Some actions we are taking are:
We require all employees whose job permits, to work from home until the risk is reduced.
We are preventing employees who feel ill from going on-site to your business.
We are requiring all consulting and implementation-related activities to be performed virtually, unless not possible.
We are limiting all non-essential business events and travel.
For those of you with regularly scheduled on-site visits, please let our COO Terri Lam (terri.lam@happierit.com), or I know if you wish to temporarily suspend those visits as a result of your own Coronavirus mitigation plan.
We will continue to monitor this dynamic situation and will shift workloads, as necessary, to ensure essential services remain operable.
Thank you,
Lee Vaniderstine
Chief Executive Officer
